eric sardinas black pearls north american tour underway North America, my loss is your gain. Eric Sardinas and company have quitted Southern California and are now on the road. They are all set to hopscotch the continent, starting in Lincoln, Nebraska on Tuesday (September 2). Lincoln, are you ready to rock? You'd better be! (I'd tell you to lock up your daughters, but your daughters would never forgive me, and I don't need any additional bad karma.) So, if the boys are playing your town, or you're within road-tripping distance of their scheduled gigs, do yourself a favor and catch any and all shows you can. (Trust me on this one. You'll thank me later!) And, hey... Why not take some pictures and/or write up reviews of the shows you go to, and send them in so I can live vicariously through you? |

SITE Update - Inexcusably Tardy, but Hopefully Worth the Wait I admit it. I got busy with other things, and was feeling a little blue about the seven-week drought that the North American tour represents for my selfish self... so I procrastinated writing this update. New content has been going online all along, but actually sitting down and writing it up? Well, that I put off, so this is going to be a long update. Grab a beverage, and settle in for the duration. As you may already know, I am an Aerosmith fan... seriously hardcore. I even have an Aerosmith bulletin board. (Told ya I was a nerd!) So, anyway, Aerosmith fans have great taste in music (obviously), and I've turned many internet AeroFriends on to the magic that is Eric Sardinas. Last night, I posted a shout-out on my board, looking for fans in the Minneapolis area, to give them a heads-up about the pending Famous Dave's show... and to see if I couldn't get something (and someone) going. I did! (Read about it HERE [1].) Rick Cheeseman dropped everything, and hit the road at the last minute, to catch what he could of the show. And boy, is he a good catcher! He returned bearing photos, a new autographed CD, and praise for the band! (Read about it HERE [2].) Tonight, Rick will flesh out his account of the show... and who knows? Maybe there are some more photos that he hasn't posted yet! |
